Marathon Training

Looking to run your first marathon? Let me help you. Do you want to run a marathon, but can't get off the couch or simply need the motivation? Let's do it together. I will be putting together a group, to run a Marathon of your choice, together as a group. Marathon training is more than just running its resistance training. Building a strong body is key to tackling the mileage.

Looking for 3-5 ladies who are looking for personal training, and need to loose more than 30lbs. I want to get all of you off to a good start as a group. Offering weekly training 3 times a week and weekly/bi-weekly dinners together that we cook as a group.
